Article 2 (Effective of Terms, etc.)

2 The company may amend the terms and conditions to the extent that they do not violate the relevant laws, such as the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions.

4 The terms and conditions notified by the method referred to in paragraph 3 shall also be valid for existing members.
Article 3 (interpretation and jurisdictional court of terms and conditions)
1 Matters not stipulated in the terms and conditions and the interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be governed by the relevant statutes and the correlation cases.
2 In the event of a dispute between the member and the company, the competent court shall be the Seoul Central District Court.
Article 4 (Definitions of Terms)
'member' refers to a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the company and can continue to use the services provided by the company.
Article 5 (Membership and Qualification)
1 After filling out the member information according to the form set by the company, the member is registered as a member by applying for membership.
2 In any of the following cases, the company may not recognize or revoke membership:
1. In the case of applying for a subscription using another person's name;
2. Fake entries made at the time of application;
3. Where an application is made or such an act is made for the purpose of violating the relevant statutes;
4. Where an application is made or such an act is made for the purpose of impeding the well-being and order or customs of society;
5. Threatening the electronic transaction order, such as obstructing the use of another person's company or stealing the information;
3 If the company deprives you of membership, you will cancel the membership registration. In this case, the members will be notified in advance and given the opportunity to explain.
Article 6 (acquisition and utilization of personal information)
1 The company implements and implements policies for personal information protection, and complies with the laws concerning the acquisition, use, and protection of personal information. Privacy policies are posted at the bottom of the homepage on a regular basis.
2 The company cannot use personal information provided by customers for purposes other than this service.
3 The company cannot provide personal information provided by the customer to third parties without prior consent from the customer. Exceptions shall be made in the following cases:
1. Where Domain Name Search Service is provided;
2. In the case of a request from a state agency in accordance with the relevant statutes, such as the Framework Act on Telecommunications;
3. Where there is an investigative purpose for a crime or at the request of the Information and Communication Ethics Committee;
4. In case the member's information (name, address, phone number) is used for business contact.
5. Some information is shared only on banking issues.
6. Where necessary for statistical preparation, promotional materials, academic research, or market research, it is impossible to identify a particular customer.

Article 7 (Without Members)
1 A member may request the company to withdraw at any time, and the company shall process the withdrawal immediately.
2 The company does not process withdrawal if the member's service has not expired.
Article 8 (Notice of Members)
1 If the company notifies the member, the member can use the e-mail address submitted to the company.
2 The company may substitute individual notices by posting them on the company bulletin board for more than a week in case of notification to unspecified members.
Article 9 (The Issue and Use of Coupons)
1 coupon refers to an online or offline coupon that can be discounted when paying for a certain amount or percentage of the company's service charge, and members can use the coupon.
2 Coupons can be issued by the company, and the scope of use, discount limit, expiration date, and restrictions of the coupon are displayed on the coupon or service screen.
3 Coupons shall be used within the expiration date and cannot be reissued, transferred, sold or refunded.
Article 10 (Duties of the Company)
1 The company will do its best to provide sustainable and stable services as stipulated by these terms and conditions.
2 The company always does its best to secure information by taking administrative and technical safety measures for personal information, including information of registrants.
3 The company strives to maintain the order of e-commerce through fair and sound operation and contributes to the development of the Internet business by maximizing customer satisfaction by providing quality services through continuous R&D.
4 If the company deems that any inconvenience or problem raised by the customer is justified, the company will deal with the problem immediately. However, if it is difficult to process it promptly, the client is notified of the reason and the processing schedule immediately.
5 The company actively cooperates with the demands of consumer protection organizations and public institutions for the promotion of consumer protection work.
Article 11 (Duties of Members)
1 The member is responsible for all management of ID and password.
2 Members shall not allow a third party to know their ID and password.
3 Members shall comply with the provisions of this Agreement and related statutes.
