② The company may amend the terms and conditions to the extent that they do not violate the relevant laws, such as the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions.
③ If the company revises the terms and conditions, it shall be notified on the company's website seven days before the enforcement date by specifying the enforcement date and the reason for the revision.
④ The terms and conditions announced by the method of paragraph 3 shall also be applied to existing members.
① Matters not specified in the terms and conditions and interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.
② In the event of a dispute between the member and the company, the competent court shall be the Seoul Central District Court.
A 'member' refers to a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the company, and who can continue to use the services provided by the company.
① You are registered as a member by filling out your membership information according to the form set by the company and applying for membership registration.
② In any of the following cases, the Company may refuse to accept or disqualify membership.
1. In the case of applying for membership using someone else's name
2. Where the required matters to be prepared are falsely stated at the time of application
3. Where an application is made for the purpose of violating the relevant statutes or such an act is carried out
4. Where an application or such an act is made for the purpose of impairing the order of well-being or the customs of society
5. In the case of threatening the order of electronic transactions, such as interfering with the use of other persons' companies or stealing such information
③ If the company disqualifies the membership, the membership registration will be canceled. In this case, the members will be notified in advance and given the opportunity to explain.
① The company establishes and implements a personal information protection policy, and complies with the Act on the Acquisition, Use, and Protection of Personal Information. Personal information protection policies are always posted at the bottom of the website.
② The Company may not use the personal information provided by the Customer for purposes other than this Service.
③ The company cannot provide personal information provided by the customer to a third party without the prior consent of the customer: Provided, That exceptions shall be made in any of the following cases.

2. Where requested by a state agency pursuant to the relevant Acts and subordinate statutes, such as the Framework Act on Telecommunications

① Members can ask the company to leave at any time, and the company handles the withdrawal immediately.
② If the member is not past the expiration date of the service being used by the company, the company will not process the withdrawal.
① If the company gives notice to the member, it can be done with the email address that the member submitted to the company.
② The Company may replace individual notifications by posting them on the Company's bulletin board for more than one week in the case of notification to an unspecified number of members.
① Coupon refers to an online or offline coupon that allows you to receive a discount for a certain amount or percentage of your company's service expenses, and members can use it.
② Coupons can be issued by the company, and the scope of use, discount limits, expiration dates, and restrictions of coupons are displayed on the coupon or service screen.
③ In principle, coupons should be used within the applicable expiration date, and reissuance, transfer, sale, or refund is not possible.
① The Company shall do its best to provide continuous and stable services as prescribed by these Terms and Conditions.
② The company always takes administrative and technical safety measures for personal information, including the registrant's information, to ensure information security.
③ The company contributes to the development of the Internet business by maximizing customer satisfaction by doing its best to maintain e-commerce order through fair and sound operation and providing quality services through continuous research and development.
④ The company will deal with any inconvenience or issue raised by the customer immediately if it is deemed justifiable. However, if it is difficult to deal with it quickly, the customer will be notified immediately of the reason and schedule.

① Members are responsible for all management regarding ID and password.
② Members should not allow a third party to know their ID and password.
③ Members comply with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the relevant statutes.
