A

Various food remains can be left in the scratches on the cutting board.
Usually germs can be cultivated when they feed off of the food remains in the scratches.
However, if you use an antibacterial cutting board, you do not have to worry about the risk of bacterial growth in the scratches.

Neoflam uses the antibacterial technology of Microban, which is recognized as the most reliable company in the world in regards to antibacterial solutions.

Q Why does the product not work on an induction cooktop?

A

Poor induction operation can be caused by differences in the size of the burner and the bottom of the container, or by incorrectly placing the container on top of the burner.

This is caused by designing/manufacturing differences for each manufacturer or model of induction device.
Therefore, please note that some induction devices may not work.

Currently, the operating characteristic values for each induction manufacturer cannot be checked, so it is impossible to identify the induction model when the malfunction occurs.
