Q What is the difference between ceramic coating and PTFE coating?

A

Neoflam's ceramic coating is made with natural minerals that do not contain perfluorinated compounds which are harmful to the human body.
It also does not contain other harmful substances such as lead, cadmium, and chromium.

On the other hand, non-stick and easy to use fluororesin frying pans can be harmful to the human body as shown below: Since they contain perfluorinated compounds, when the temperature of the pan exceeds 200 degrees, gases that are harmful to the human body are generated.
(In the case of a general frying pan, this occurs when the temperature exceeds 300 degrees after about 2 minutes over high heat.)

Perfluorinated compounds are easily absorbed through the mouth, respiratory tract and skin, which can lead to the following physical abnormalities
[Thyroid hormone abnormalities, weakened immune system, cirrhosis of the liver, liver cancer, deformities, reproductive hormone abnormalities, brain damage, cerebral hemorrhage, neurological diseases, disruption of lipid metabolism, increase in cholesterol, testicular cancer, etc.]

The negative effects of perfluorinated compounds have been officially proven by more than 30 studies.
In developed countries, the Stockholm Convention and the Madrid Convention are already regulating chemical substances related to perfluorinated compounds.
